Speedway midgets are down sized sprint cars powered by either a 125cc or 250cc motorcycle engines. It's a low cost series dedicated to having fun and getting the thrill of racing a sprint car with out the high cost.The cars have full suspensions with coil over shocks, making them easier to adjust. They have the same wheel base of a pro Go-Kart and using many of the same components such as wheels, tires, controls, rear axles and breaks. All designed to keep the cost down.
Message for the Racers
Ok racers, I encourage you to check out the rules section as the new items we voted in are now in effect. We need everyone at the first race so we can get you photo for the site. First race will be March 20th at Victorville. Just a few thing to keep in mind, being our season opener. We will under go a tech inspection this year. We will be checking your seat belts, must be in good shape and UNDER 5 YEARS OLD !!!! we will bechecking your drivers suit no holes or tears, is your car safe. This year we will be inforcing the 500 lb min limit measured car and driver. Be sure you are there 2.5 hrs before the race. Per your vote at drivers meeting safety is our number one goal.
