Hello race fans and fellow racers,

Here we are at the half way point in this years race season,and boy what a year it has been. Last years rookie Don Dunn, Car #55, jumped in the points lead this year and so far has been able to hold on to it, despite being chased by Jeff Patten,Car #29, man is this guy fast. This years rookie Kimberly "CRASH" Dunn, Car #13, has held rookie of the year all season long, but I hear she is now gunning for points lead. Have to keep a close eye on her ! We have had a lot of break downs this year. Probably none more then Dennis Helsel car # 00. Bad luck has plagued him all year long. I believe he is on motor #4 this season. Dean car #99 has been out all season with motor trouble and Sean Dunn, car #73 took his motor out last Victorville race. But thank goodness he was able to borrow his daughters car. Ashley Dunn-Molato car #11 for this last Ridgecrest race so he can stayup with his third place points chase. Another driver you need to watch for is PaulBender,Car #50.  Started this season with motor trouble also. Paul has bought a new car this season and has been making up ground in the points standing. He is currently in 6th place fixing to take Norm Reynolds, car #8, our veteran driver. As of this writing we still have 10 races to go and lots could happen out there on the track . Is Don Dunn going to be able to hang onto point lead ? how many motors will Dennis Helsel going to go thru this season ? Can rookie "CRASH" Dunn take over the leaders the points chase?Come out and see for yourself and root for your favorite driver.
